Maxi Skirts
Olivia Palermo has proven that there are so many ways to wear a maxi skirt and the resulting look doesn't always have to be 'boho chic'. I love the different ways that she has worn maxi skirts and I am definitely trying some of them out this Spring!
Coloured Pants
The bright pop of colour and different styles make being stylish so easy. Just throw on a white top and a blazer and you're set to go!
Neon
Bright-coloured pants aren't the only way to wear colour. I love wearing a neutral outfit and accessorising with bright, neon coloured pieces like a statement necklace or a handbag or clutch. If you want more colour, do it like Kim Kardashian and buy a bright coloured blazer to throw over your neutral outfit. You probably don't want to spend too much cash on it though - I can't imagine this trend will stick around for too long.
Ankle Straps
Ankle straps on shoes are all the rage nowadays, and while they might look amazing on high heels, there are some absolute gems in the flats department too. I went shopping the other week and discovered a gorgeous pair just waiting to jump into my shoe cupboard! Now if only I could justify spending that much on shoes....
Cropped Pants
Another trend that I am absolutely loving is cropped pants. They break up the look really nicely and allow you to show off your shoes. This style also goes really well with ankle straps, so that's two trends with one stone ;)
