I came across this recipe for a cake with butter icing and thought I'd give it a try - I was originally planning to make cupcakes with a strawberry glaze but I would have had to go to Giant to get the ingredients and I wasn't in the mood to go out.
It is supposed to have this zest to it from lemon juice, but I used lime puree so it just made the cake really moist. As for the taste, the lime didn't do very much but the cake itself tasted pretty good!
